Thai Red Curry with Rice

This Authentic Thai Curry is spicy and a bit sweet which plays to your savory taste buds more than Thai green curry. The color comes from the bigger Thai red chilies used to create the base. the chilies are crushed with garlic, lemongrass, shallots, ginger and fish paste and added to coconut milk. Thai Red curry is spicier and less rich than Thai yellow curry. Thai Jasmine Rice complements the meal.
