Jamaican Curry Chicken with Basmati Rice

Curry is an intricate part of the Jamaica culture, history, and cuisine. It was brought to Jamaica in the 17th century. This recipe fulfills a couple of requirements which of course includes a unique taste. Another is its ease and consistency in putting together. I changed the rice to basmati as I enjoyed the coupling.
