Laab Moo (spicy pork)

Laab (Larb) actually originated in Laos, where it is considered a national dish. It is very popular in in the Northeast of Thailand, as well as in the North of Thailand. Laab Moo can be a hot or cold dish. The flavor is unique but delicious. I have experienced this recipe in my Asian Food journey.
