Thai Ginger Chicken is a multicultural creation. One of my most enjoyed dishes, it pairs ginger with garlic and scallions giving you a balanced ginger taste with heat from the ginger. I use an excellent ginger powder with some Thai hottest ground chili (optional) producing true Thai Ginger chicken tastes. It is loaded with spices that keeps your body health.
